Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zynflowa ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Zynflowa provides access to a curated collection of AI workflow templates — production-ready workflow files that orchestrate frontier-model calls, tool use, and integrations to perform autonomous content marketing, publishing, analytics, and repurposing tasks. You can purchase workflows in two ways:

• Recurring subscriptions: Unlimited access to all workflows for as long as your subscription is active
• Individual workflow purchases: One-time purchase of a single workflow

Buyers may install and run the workflows in their own n8n environment for personal or commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Tiers & Pricing

We offer two subscription tiers (Creator and Studio) with monthly and annual billing options. Prices are shown at checkout in USD:

• Creator (Tier 1): $19/month or $190/year — access to all workflows, email support
• Studio (Tier 2): $34/month or $340/year — access to all workflows, priority email support

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the current price. You may cancel your subscription anytime, and cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds on renewals.

4. Individual Workflow Purchases

Individual workflows are one-time purchases. Each workflow is priced between $12–$49 USD. After payment, you receive:

• Instant download of the workflow JSON file
• ZIP bundle containing the workflow.json, setup guide (SETUP.md), and source attribution (SOURCE-NOTICE.md)
• Dashboard access to download or reference the workflow anytime
• Email support for setup questions

5. Add-On Services

In addition to subscriptions and individual workflows, we offer premium add-on services:

• Guided setup session ($79.00 one-time):
  45-minute working session: we install and configure any workflow in your n8n together.
• Custom workflow build ($299.00 one-time):
  We design and build one content workflow to your spec, delivered as an importable JSON with docs.
• Priority creator support ($12.00 /month):
  Same-day answers on setup, credentials, and workflow tweaks.
• Publishing Pack ($49.00 one-time):
  The WordPress + social publishing workflows, bundled with a combined setup guide.
• Video Pack ($59.00 one-time):
  Video generation and repurposing workflows in one bundle with shared setup notes.
• Extended license ($49.00 one-time):
  Use the workflows in client projects and deliverables you sell.

Add-ons are available for selection at checkout alongside subscriptions or individual purchases.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7. Refunds & Cancellation

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• One-time purchases: Refundable within 30 days of purchase
• First subscription charge: Refundable within 30 days of the initial charge only
• Subscription renewals: Not refundable, but you can cancel anytime (effective at end of current period)
• Add-on services: One-time services (Setup, Custom Build, Extended License) are refundable before work begins; recurring support add-ons follow the same policy as subscriptions

8. Delivery & Access

Delivery of all digital products (workflows, templates, and access) is instantaneous:

• Email confirmation and download links are sent immediately after payment
• Dashboard access is activated within 1 hour of payment confirmation
• Workflow JSON files are downloadable immediately from your dashboard
• For subscriptions, dashboard access is granted for the duration of your subscription period

9. Legacy Access Passes

Previously, we sold fixed-term Library Access Passes (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). Customers who purchased these passes retain full access for their purchased term at no additional charge. Access for legacy passes continues as originally purchased until the expiration date. After expiration, customers may subscribe to a current Creator or Studio tier or purchase individual workflows.

10. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase or subscribe to access workflows, you receive a non-exclusive, commercial-use license to:

• Install and run the workflow in your own n8n environment or automation platform
• Modify and adapt the workflow for your needs
• Use the workflow in personal projects, internal operations, or client work (commercial use)

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the workflow as-is
• Share your account or subscription credentials with others
• Claim authorship of the original workflow

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Zynflowa, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, workflow code, and software, is the property of Zynflowa or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Workflows may include components derived from open-source libraries, with proper attribution provided in each workflow's SOURCE-NOTICE.md file.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zynflowa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
