Overview

What it does: This workflow runs twice daily (6am & 6pm). It: 1. Searches Twitter for brand mentions and engagement 2. Fetches new blog comments from your platform 3. Analyzes all feedback for sentiment, actionability, and priority 4. Logs results to Google Sheets with topic, sentiment, engagement metrics 5. Alerts your team in Slack with high-priority feedback needing response Business outcome: Never miss negative feedback or high-value customer input. Respond to high-priority feedback 2-3x faster. Build a feedback database to inform future content. Close the loop with your audience. Nodes & apps: n8n schedule trigger, Twitter API v2, Blogger API or custom webhook, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Sheets, Slack notifications. Credentials needed: 1. Twitter API key + Bearer token (v2) 2. Google Sheets API key 3. OpenAI API key 4. Slack workspace access 5. Blog platform API key (if not Blogger) Setup steps: 1.    With an active Library Pass, download the workflow file right from this page or your dashboard.

2. 02

   Import into n8n

   Choose Import from File and select the downloaded JSON. The full agent graph appears, ready to configure.

   Plug in credentials

   Each integration node prompts for credentials on first run. The setup guide lists every credential the agent expects.

4. 04

   Activate and test

   Run once with sample input, confirm the expected output, then flip the activate toggle.
