Overview

What it does: This workflow runs twice daily (6am & 6pm). It: 1. Searches Twitter for brand mentions and engagement 2. Fetches new blog comments from your platform 3. Analyzes all feedback for sentiment, actionability, and priority 4. Logs results to Google Sheets with topic, sentiment, engagement metrics 5. Alerts your team in Slack with high-priority feedback needing response Business outcome: Never miss negative feedback or high-value customer input. Respond to high-priority feedback 2-3x faster.
